Northrop Powers operates its pharmaceutical distribution business under three primary units:

Northrop Powers Institutional

Northrop Powers Institutional serves institutional (governmental, non-governmental and large private organizations) healthcare providers and retail pharmacies, providing branded and generic pharmaceuticals, over the counter medications and other healthcare-related items.

Additional services include but are not limited to: consultancy services regarding automation, inventory, IT infrastructure, operating efficiency.

Northrop Powers Specialty

Northrop Powers Specialty focuses primarily on the distribution of specialty pharmaceuticals and related services. Medical specialty areas include: oncology, nephrology, urology, immunology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, neurology and orthopedics.

Northrop Powers Consulting

Northrop Powers Consulting services partners with institutional clients (including governmental and nongovernmental agencies) to develop infrastructure and strategies for the efficient provision and distribution of healthcare related products and services. In this regard, Northrop Powers may enlist the services of our sister company, August Medical and its subsidiaries, to ensure a well rounded and robust consulting offering is available. The Company also consults manufacturers on the expansion of market access outside the US. Licensing, packaging, distribution, pricing, etc. are unique for each country or other specified jurisdiction and a reliable partner is necessary to ensure that all requirements are not only properly and completely accounted for but are put into practice as well.
